EPHONDWENI BUILD IT PAINTS MFUNDA YOPHONGOLO WATER User Association

The Ephondweni Build It team renovated the Mfunda Yophongolo Water User Association buildings. They first started by painting the whole building and then by fencing it.

The chairperson was overjoyed by the generosity of the Ephondweni Build it team and has conveyed his appreciation for all the hard work the employees have done.

SUPATRADE SPAR IS DOING IT FOR THE MKUZE COMMUNITY

 Mandela month reminds us of what Mr. Mandela has done for our country and for the less fortunate. This year Mkuze Spar decided to do more than 67 minutes, but rather to do a continuous contribution to the local community. On the 28^th of July 2012 Lizinda and her team assisted in renovating the Fundanathi Crèche. They made a playground for the children to play in and donated a tank to store water. The Mkuze Spar team didn’t stop there; they have also started a feeding scheme for pensioners on the 1^st day of every month. Most of the pensioners leave their homes in the early hours of the morning to wait in long queues to receive their pension payouts in front of the store. While the pensioners wait, the Mkuze Spar staff provides the pensioners with free meal. This project is extra ordinary, but shows great generosity towards the Mkuze community.

HEAD OFFICE DONATES TO SA RED CROSS SOCIETY

HEAD OFFICE BRINGS JOY TO THE LESS FORTUNATE!!!

The Supatrade Head Office staff decided to make a collection of food and clothing which could be donated to the needy.  A wonderful effort was made by all staff and these items were taken by Allan and Chaline to the SA Red Cross Society. 

The SA Red Cross was very grateful for the donation and thanked the staff for their generous contribution.

MELMOTH SPAR MAKES A BETTER ENVIROMENT FOR CHILDREN AT ELANGENI CRECHE.

MELMOTH SPAR REFURBISH ELANGENI CRECHE

Werner and his team decided to make their mark at Ndundulu area by helping to refurbish the Elangeni Crèche. The day care centre had broken windows and doors. Everyone was very excited and happy to give a hand. Melmoth Spar team fixed the broken windows and door panes.  They also painted the walls as well as fencing the whole yard. Everyone put their time and efforts in revamping the Crèche, a lot can be achieved when working together. This community project is one of their many projects that Melmoth Spar would like to continuously do for the local community.
